Established in 1996, CPHP's West Africa regional office in located in Accra. It is staffed by a Regional Coordinator, Dr Ben Dadzie.

Services offered by the office include:

Support to projects:

• Projects are invited to contact the Regional Coordinator for advice, or to request capacity-building, on all aspects of project management

Networking:

• Contact details for post-harvest research and development organizations/ individuals are available from the Coordinator
• Thematic workshops are periodically held by the Regional Coordinator, advertised on the regional website

Information:

• Strategic prioirities for CPHP in West Africa are given on the regional website
• An account of needs identification and commissioning processes is given on the regional website
• Regional project summaries are available on the regional website
• A list of outputs from regional projects is given on the regional website. Copies can be obtained by contacting the regional office
• Forthcoming events (eg workshops) are advertised on the regional website
